After payment, you'll get a confirmation email with your appointment information and a health questionnaire to help Dr Delgado understand your medical history better. You will be sent a reminder via text or email before your appointment.

Dr Delgado understands that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, she offers the following cancellation policy for her services:
Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund of your payment within 7-10 days.
50% Refund: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% refund will be issued to cover administrative costs.
